Terms of Use for Mop Bucket Clean

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Quotes & Estimates All online quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Mop and Bucket reserves the right to adjust pricing upon physical inspection of the property if the condition differs significantly from the description (e.g., excessive clutter, biohazards, or pet waste).

3. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 to compensate our cleaning technicians for their lost time.

4. Access to Property The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to enter the home (e.g., locked gates, no key provided), a lockout fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to re-clean that specific area at no additional charge.

6. Liability While we take the utmost care in your home, accidents can happen. Mop and Bucket is fully insured. Please secure any fragile or highly valuable items prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for damage due to faulty installation of items (e.g., loose artwork, broken blinds) or general wear and tear.
